2009 Uniform Plumbing Code - Alternative Water Pipe Sizing Methods

Course Description

This class covers water pipe sizing methods in Chapter six of the 2009 Uniform Plumbing Code, as well as the Appendix A amendments and the Appendix L alternate plumbing systems for engineering water systems and private use bathroom groups. This class goes beyond basic sizing and looks at larger installations along with the effects of demand loads and friction losses. Several full scale pipe sizing exercises are included.

This course does not have any prerequisites.
