Robert Moss
A licensed inspector since 2000, Rob has been all over the state of Alaska performing building inspections, energy audits, and teaching classes to contractors. He holds multiple residential and commercial inspection licenses and is a certified instructor and speaker for the state of Alaska, the EPA, and many other organizations.
Jennifer Wisdom-Moss
Jennifer is the glue that binds our business together. If you need help with accounting, have a licensing questions, or need to register for a state exam, she can help.
Steven Wisdom
Steven founded the business in 1991 with the aim of providing quality inspection services on the Kenai Peninsula. Since then the business has grown to in size and scope, serving the entire state. Steve has retired, but you might catch him out riding his bike or panning for gold!
